The spa facilities were top-notch and the
surroundings were serene, perfect for relaxation. The only drawback was the noise from the children in the spa area, which made it less tranquil than expected. Overall, the ambiance was lovely, and I appreciated the attention the staff offered.

The breakfast spread was a pleasant surprise with plenty of choices to fuel my culinary exploration. Plus, the spa was top-notch with a lovely infinity pool that kept me feeling extraordinary. Such a jewel of a property!
However, the noise levels were a bit much, especially with the chatter drifting in from adjoining rooms. Our dining experience also fell short when we found the dining area limits confusing, leaving us hungry at the bar.

The hotel sits in a stunning area surrounded by vineyards. The monastery's architecture is breathtaking, a perfect blend of history and luxury. My room felt spacious, offering comfortable beds with nice linens. The outdoor space was lovely for evening relaxation. Breakfast? Outstanding with a variety of local produce to choose from. But not everything was perfect. Service at lunch was frustratingly slow. My burger arrived undercooked twice, not what I expected from a supposed 5-star establishment. The spa access was complicated. different areas required additional fees, and the main pool lacked warmth. Soundproofing issues between rooms slightly diminished my enjoyment. Another downside, the menu at the on-site restaurant didn't have many options, especially during off-hours. Still, I would come back for the overall luxury and its gorgeous setting.

The indoor and outdoor pools were fantastic for relaxation, especially after a long day exploring local wineries. My family and our friend enjoyed unwinding together in such a beautiful setting. Maite, one of the managers, really stood out for her excellent service during our stay.
My kids wished there were designated kid-free hours at the spa for a more relaxing experience. It felt hectic with so many children around, especially during peak times.

The beautiful property boasts a stunning blend of historic architecture and modern comforts, with lovely views from clean, comfortable Superior Duplex rooms. The spa facilities, while enjoyable with various jet options, were overly family-oriented during peak hours, detracting from the intended relaxation experience. Additionally, the proximity to church bells at 7 am can disrupt sleep, and dining options were limited before 8:30 pm, restricting hot meal availability.

The building showcases stunning architecture from the 13th Century, offering a glimpse of history that feels immersive. The spa features unique outdoor therapy pools, providing a refreshing way to unwind after a day of exploration.
The room had issues with noise, particularly from adjoining rooms, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the restaurant layout was confusing. we were left with no indoor seating and learned outdoor dining wasn’t an option either. The lack of clarity around dining choices during off-hours contributed to an overall frustrating experience related to food availability.
